Home Health and Hospice

We are proud to represent an exclusive program for Homecare & Hospice developed in collaboration with the National Association of Homecare. The program was specifically designed to meet the general and professional liability needs of homecare and hospice providers. Clients may also obtain coverage for Non-owned Auto, Employee Benefits Liability, and Products / Completed Operations.

Coverage is on either a Claims-Made or Occurrence basis, with Prior Acts and Extended Tail Options also available. Sexual Abuse and Molestation are covered at a sublimit of $100K / 300K. Independent contractors, pharmacy and dental techs can be fluidly added to the policy. Deductibles are available and range from $0 to 100,000. We can also provide excess limits up to $25M.
